Terms of Service

Last updated: July 5, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the StandCard service — your account and the content you create and sync through the StandCard mobile application (“the app”) — operated by Rebase Interactive, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the app or the service, you agree to these Terms. The app software itself is licensed to you under Apple’s standard end-user license agreement, not these Terms (see The App Store, below).

The service

StandCard is a scorekeeping app for the shotgun clay sports — trap, skeet, sporting clays, and 5-stand. It lets you record scores, track rounds, and keep a history of your shooting, with offline-first storage that syncs across your devices.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use StandCard. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your account

You may use StandCard anonymously, or create a signed-in account using email and password or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@standcard.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the app — your scores, venues, courses, and the shooter names you enter. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and sync that content in order to operate the service for you. You are responsible for the content you enter, including the names of other people you add as shooters, and you represent that you have the right to enter it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its infrastructure.
  • Upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

The App Store

StandCard is distributed through the Apple App Store. The app software you download is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, not sold, and that agreement governs your use of the software itself. These Terms govern the StandCard service the app connects to — your account, your synced content, and the features described above. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide any support or maintenance for the service.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that syncing will always succeed. StandCard is a scorekeeping aid; it is not a substitute for official competition scoring.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebase Interactive, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the app or the service. To the same extent, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, the app, or the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose or fifty U.S. dollars (US $50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the disclaimers and limitations above may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, our warranties and liability are disclaimed and limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or affects statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived by contract.

Changes to the app and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue features of the app, and we may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

General

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Rebase Interactive, LLC regarding the StandCard service, and they supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements or communications about it. (The app software itself remains licensed under Apple’s standard end-user license agreement, as described under The App Store.)

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
